Septime Webre’s
THE GREAT GATSBY

Friday April 6, 2018 – 7:30p
Saturday, April 7 – 2:30p & 7:30p
Sunday, April 8 – 2:30p

Return to the splendor of the Jazz Age and the frivolity of the Roaring Twenties with F. Scott Fitzgerald’s passionate, thought-provoking, and complex The Great Gatsby.

Septime Webre’s visionary choreography fuses contemporary ballet, jazz and tap with narrative to bring to life the iconic story of obsession, wealth and excess. Don’t miss this evening of explosive and swooning dance accompanied by a live jazz band that will blow the roof off this gin-joint!

“The Great Gatsby” is an exciting production, and a strong representative of ballet’s changing landscape   — Nina Garin, KPBS
